Job Summary

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and project management teams to streamline operations, remove bottlenecks, and implement best practices for operational excellence. Assist in strategic planning and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role supports a large-scale civil engineering company focused on precision and innovation in infrastructure and environmental planning.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience with workflow optimization, business intelligence tools, and performance tracking
