Operations Analyst - Brazil

Job Summary
Assist leadership in expanding Binance's market footprint in Brazil by shaping expansion plans and coordinating with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams to launch new services. Work with country General Manager to uphold world-class operational standards in user onboarding and customer service. Analyze data dashboards to refine user experience, monitor operating metrics, and proactively identify improvements, then design and implement action plans. Partner with cross-functional teams, using regional data and insights to define changes, design experiments, and implement them across product operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven success in a similar role (management consulting, operations at a high-growth start-up, etc.)
- Data-focused with ability to pull and analyze data; able to scale insights regionally
- Strong communicator with executive-level verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex business problems and build business cases
- Entrepreneurship mentality; self-starter and capable of leading innovative operations
- Cross-cultural interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage relationships with teams and external partners
- Passion for crypto and digital assets; interest in shaping the crypto/finance industry
- Experience in high-growth settings; comfortable in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
