Job Summary
Track EHR Council actions, escalate risks, and contribute to solving complex issues within the VHA governance structure. Drive rapid decision-making for Tier 1 SME Teams by facilitating meetings, documenting updates, and maintaining the Change Control Log. Conduct project plan reviews, develop bi-weekly status reports, and collaborate with Solution Advisors to refine workflow designs and processes. Provide status updates to leadership on task ownership, process improvement recommendations, and strategic communications plans. Work onsite in Washington, D.C., with a 7-year experience requirement and public trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Ability to interact and engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C.
