Job Summary
Operations Analyst in financial services sought to support daily operational tasks, optimize workflows, handle client service inquiries, maintain accurate records and data entry, assist with compliance and regulatory documentation, back up all operational functions, coordinate branch-home office workflow, perform self-audits of office procedures, assist with confidential matters and compliance visits, control expenses and maximize efficiency, oversee supplies, PO and postage, maintain branch petty cash, review invoices and operating statements, resolve client account inquiries, disseminate information at meetings, coordinate rent/facility/maintenance and security, recruit/select/train/supervise branch operations associates, manage performance reviews and staffing levels, and coordinate continuing education and licensing for personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and four years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably including related operational management and supervisory experience
- An equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by Human Resources
