Job Summary
Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs while updating process documentation, scheduling meetings, and gathering data. Create process maps and flow diagrams to help plan, design business processes, and make recommendations for improvements. Perform research and analysis to assist in resolving business issues using systems and data, and estimate cost and benefits of actions to support the launch of new initiatives. This role rotates through various areas to gain insight into how financial services operational business units function. Ideal for recent or soon-to-be college grads in Tech or Business majors with strong Excel skills and data analysis knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- MS Office wiz, especially Excel
- data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
- Tech or Business majors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
