OPERATIONS ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST

Job Summary
Analyze supply chain operations from suppliers through distribution to provide recommendations supporting management decisions. Anticipate the impact of operational changes on human resources, training, and information technology. Participate in the evaluation, redesign, development, testing, and implementation of operational and administrative systems to improve efficiency. Optimize management systems including WMS Solochain and ERP Cegid. Conduct time and motion studies to increase productivity by leveraging data from management systems. Contribute to the development of a logistics dashboard monitoring key performance indicators. Act as a resource person providing support to managers responsible for transportation, procurement, inventory management, and operations. Develop technical specifications to establish business relationships with external partners. Represent the Distribution Centre and Logistics function on cross-functional committees. This role reports to the Director, Distribution Centre, contributing to continuous improvement across the supply chain from procurement through distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain process optimization and/or operations management
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Visio
- experience with Microsoft Access or other database management software
