Daily documentation/operation for Air-freight shipment; maintain smooth relations with customers; communicate with suppliers, vendors and overseas agents; receive shipping orders; confirm with overseas agents shipping information; arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction; release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system; keep agent informed of changes; pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request; update related charges in system in time.
