Job Summary
Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all Customers. Works in the airport operation office, gate area, jetways and air freight facilities to coordinate Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and servicing aircraft for on-time departures and quick turnarounds. Responsibilities include coordinating boarding, preparing weight and balance forms, advising Dispatch/Stations of flight movements, arranging for fueling, logging irregularity reports, ensuring proper provisioning and cleaning, and assisting Gate Agents with check-in and boarding processes. Must be able to work with various teams, handle weather and operational interruptions, comply with security procedures, and meet physical requirements for lifting and moving items up to 70 pounds. Education: No education requirement. Experience and other qualifications emphasize ability to communicate effectively, work under pressure, and complete required training. This role is governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and may involve shift work, overtime, and travel-related duties.
