Job Summary
Coordinate on-time, safe aircraft loading and unloading by resolving issues, escalating to leadership, and communicating with internal and external departments. Prepare, audit, and maintain flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in applicable programs. Assist in planning irregular operations, including Long Tarmac Delays, customer and baggage coordination, cargo monitoring, and gate management. Perform additional operational tasks as needed, including occasional ramp duties and required training. Work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess and maintain valid US driver's license
- Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have high school diploma, GED and/or six months experience as an Operations Agent
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 70lbs
