Operations Agent - Export SSD

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day export of international freight shipments into and out of the EU across all transportation modes based on customer requests. Qualify shipping requirements, obtain necessary documentation, and prepare accurate profitable quotations. Set shipping schedules, verify loading and departures, and track all delays, damages, or problems to resolve issues promptly. Manage air and road operations, including data entry, billing, and recovery schedules with partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, SOP instructions, and KPIs while executing dangerous goods shipments safely. Maintain a secure work environment by reporting unsafe conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- min. 2 years experience within freight forwarding within air freight
- Must be able to perform in a fast pace / high volume work environment
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving
- Fluent oral and written Dutch and English is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
- Cargo Wise Software experience a plus
- ITAR, Dangerous Goods or TSA work experience / regulations
