Leads a critical operational support service within the Investor Reporting function, providing training and mentoring to the team; develops process performance measurements, oversees production workflow, resolves exceptions, drives risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with business partners to improve processes and reporting accuracy; requires a university degree and 3+ years of experience in related field, with Senior-level responsibilities and in-office work expectation in multiple US locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 4+ years of loan servicing experience preferably in investor reporting
