Job Summary
Supports an operational unit by establishing and monitoring process performance measurements, preparing performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders, and monitoring production workflow. Assists team members with escalated process issues, identifies and resolves exceptions, and serves as a point of escalation. Drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes, ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards, and independently resolves compliance issues and mitigates risk. Requires a university degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; strong analytical, communications, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in SOPs, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, banking, or related field
- Ability to establish and monitor performance metrics and prepare performance reports
- Experience monitoring production workflow and assisting with escalated process issues
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions; drive change and improvements in processes
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; drive risk mitigation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with internal stakeholders
