Job Summary
Operations Advisor Management Specialist for Multilife Life OAM team. Responsible for handling complex inquiries from financial professionals and firms, diagnosing issues, explaining procedures, monitoring escalations, and ensuring accurate resolution and communication of outcomes. Must apply strong diagnostic skills, coupled with ability to support first-time/complex business submissions and achieve post-issue NIGO resolutions. Candidate should bring 2+ years in CMD Operations, deep knowledge of CMD annuity and life products, excellent research, written and verbal communication, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and proven capacity to balance speed, accuracy, and customer service. Degree requirement: 4-year degree or equivalent experience; Series 6 required at time of application. Experience with corporate-owned (COLI) and corporate-sponsored life insurance, familiarity with Life products and processes, and experience interfacing with financial professionals and leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, AWS, and workflow management tools is preferred. Hybrid role based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Series 6 required at time of application
- 2+ years CMD Operations experience
- Advanced understanding of CMD annuity and/or life products
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, AWS, and workflow management platforms
