Job Summary
Operations Administrator at Shell Energy supports Commercial & Industrial electricity customers across the full customer lifecycle. Handles high-volume administrative tasks, customer interaction, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Responsibilities include administering billing and claims for Electricity Rebate customers in line with government requirements, responding to inquiries via phone/email/other channels, providing advice to customers and internal teams, resolving service order/transfer/billing exceptions within service levels, and preparing ad hoc/periodic reports to support operational and project activities. Requires detail orientation, strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, customer service focus, teamwork and independent work capability, time management, multitasking, proactive problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn CRM/billing systems.
