Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for 2-3 Ethan Allen design-centric retail locations in the Pittsburgh area, coordinating records, maintenance, training, and customer service. Responsibilities include month-end process reviews, accounts receivable resolution, inventory control and asset tracking, coordinating invoices and payments, supervising staff, and partnering with Market and Design Leadership to ensure operational procedures are followed. Role requires weekly travel to area locations and occasional weekend work; emphasizes collaboration with Retail Leadership and Design Consultants to drive gross margin and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 1+ year of experience in a business environment including some customer service
- High School diploma/equivalent with minimum of 3 years of experience in lieu of a college degree
- Must have a valid driver’s license (or alternate transportation arrangement acceptable to the company)
- Ability to travel weekly to area locations
