Job Summary
Administrative and operational support for production and operations teams, including UKG timekeeping validation, labour allocation, training records, vacation planning, and production documentation. Responsible for payroll-related data accuracy, attendance tracking, and confidential handling of employee information; coordinate staffing by line/shift, maintain rosters, and assist supervisors with workload balancing. Support onboarding, training documentation, and KPI data collection, and help prepare production reports and audits while ensuring records are organized and accessible. Strong focus on organization, discretion, and collaboration with supervision and Learning & Development teams to align assignments with qualifications and training status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Post secondary education in business administration, operations, or a related field is considered an asset.
