Job Summary
Monitor the H&S Accident portal for reporting and actioning incidents, compile monthly safety check information, and issue accurate meeting minutes with follow-ups. Book contractors for remedial works, schedule BRC internal audits, and manage site inbound/outbound post, meeting rooms, and catering. Request quotes for repairs, organize hotels and transport, and handle adhoc purchasing for departments in a cost-effective manner. Manage the diary for contractor services and inspections while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Work Tuesday-Saturday nights (7pm-5am) on a full-time basis at the Rugby site.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner both with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members
- Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance
- Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
