Job Summary
The Operations Administrator is responsible for organizing and managing all sales-related events, conferences, trade shows, and internal/external meetings. Key tasks include maintaining a comprehensive calendar of events, recommending participation in industry events, determining staffing needs, maintaining attendance records, preparing event briefs, and ensuring the sales team has appropriate collateral for events. Candidates must have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
