Job Summary
Operations Administrator responsible for the end-to-end management of recovered vehicle assets, ensuring units are sale-ready and moving swiftly through the pipeline. Drives down cycle times, maximizes asset value through disciplined management of inventory, vendor partnerships, and process execution. Leads onboarding and training of new hires, coaches and provides feedback to the team, escalates operational issues, tracks performance metrics, and communicates priorities and process changes. Focuses on eliminating barriers to sale, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementation of new procedures or tools. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 1-2 years of operational experience in automotive finance or related industries, strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Suggested pay range is $17.87-$21.63 per hour, with base pay plus performance bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant operational experience in the automotive finance, lending, dealership, financial services or related automotive industry required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant internal systems
