Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for the Operations Department at Munich Airport NJ LLC in Newark, NJ, supporting the Operations leadership with direct administrative duties and HR-related tasks such as timekeeping, onboarding coordination, and training tracking. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial reporting, procurement and vendor coordination, managing department supplies and uniform inventory, overseeing training governance and LMS compliance, preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating executive visits and guest arrivals, creating presentations and reports, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, maintaining SharePoint/Teams communications, disseminating company updates, ensuring data security and confidentiality, assisting with events, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of aviation standards is a plus.
Required Qualifications
