Job Summary
Support operations administration by handling telephone and email communications, coordinating shipping/receiving documentation, and assisting with department procedures. Assist with coordinating deliveries, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks throughout the day; contribute to process improvements with management. Bring administrative experience in a warehouse environment, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with computers, and ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse setting. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Role based in Cranbury, NJ, with a Monday–Friday 3pm start in a general office and distribution warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Administrative experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English
- Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills
- The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
