Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Station Management Team; manage and maintain operational documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance; handle claims-related processes, including data entry, tracking, and resolution support; assist with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations; perform entry-level clerical and specialized support tasks to facilitate efficient operational workflows; support day-to-day operations by managing schedules, meetings, and communications; collaborate with colleagues to resolve administrative issues and ensure smooth operation of office or field operations.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational training or equivalent experience; a university degree is not required.
- Experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role is preferred.
- Exposure to claims processing, documentation management, or accounting support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic operational environment.
