Job Summary
Manage active loan pipelines for up to 50 clients by conducting regular client calls, identifying remediation solutions, and following up on escalations. Maintain client accounts through pipeline management, aged loan oversight, and daily reporting to ensure reviews meet established metrics. Execute withdraw/cancellation requests, review documentation, and clear conditions as needed while communicating on a regular basis to meet specific SLAs. Drive operational efficiency by providing feedback on internal and external trends to move sellers' pipelines forward toward funding.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in Mortgage Industry, Correspondent Lending or similar field
- High school diploma
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
