Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the NDO facility in Alkmaar, managing results, coaching staff, and ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Drive commercial opportunities, optimize resource utilization, and collaborate with national locations to align capacity and expertise. Implement process and quality improvements while reporting on performance and adhering to relevant standards. Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een technische, industriële of inspectieomgeving
- Ervaring met het aansturen van teams en operationele processen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en verbindend leiderschap
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen inspectie, asset integrity, NDO of offshore dienstverlening
- Kennis van niet-destructief onderzoek (NDO)
- Ervaring met commerciële verantwoordelijkheid en klantontwikkeling
- Kennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsmanagementsystemen
- Ervaring binnen de industrie, petrochemie, energie- of offshoresector
