Job Summary
Connect projects to work preparation and site operations to ensure plans are executable. Regulate capacity, scheduling, and resource allocation while steering the business office and execution team. Continuously improve processes and work methods, often applying Lean principles. Calculate project metrics and actively troubleshoot disruptions by taking ownership of solutions. Maintain a hands-on presence on the shop floor to support the team and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with project leadership, planning, and procurement to align tactics with execution.
Required Qualifications
- Een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in civiele techniek, milieutechniek of vergelijkbaar; werktuigbouw
- Ervaring in een bedrijfsbureau, productie- of projectorganisatie waarin je schakelt tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering
- Ervaring in een aansturende rol, bijvoorbeeld als teamleider, projectmanager of operations manager
- Affiniteit met installatiebouw en interne logistiek
- Een resultaatgerichte en besluitvaardige houding, gecombineerd met strategisch inzicht
