Job Summary
Deliver operational and Material Handling Equipment training, including accredited instruction for forklifts and powered pallet trucks across practical and classroom settings. Conduct operator assessments, refresher programs, and coaching to ensure colleagues operate safely and effectively while maintaining accurate training records and competence matrices. Manage compliance with legislative requirements by developing Job Operating Procedures and investigating MHE-related incidents. Partner with operational leaders and the Education & Training Pillar to identify skills gaps and drive continuous improvement in training standards. Report to the Site HR Lead on-site at KP Snacks.
Required Qualifications
- MHE training experience and qualifications
- An accredited Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or Forklift Instructor qualification
- experience delivering training within a manufacturing, logistics or warehousing environment
- A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements relating to MHE operations
- A commitment to promoting safe working practices and compliance across the site
- Experience delivering training
- carrying out competence assessments
- coaching colleagues to build confidence, capability and safe working practices
- The ability to maintain accurate training records, competence matrices and training documentation

- Strong problem-solving skills
