Operational Technology (OT ) Security Administrator - Factory Systems

Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Specialist for factory systems focused on securing OT/ICS environments. Responsible for OT design planning, deployment and operations of OT security tooling, vulnerability and patch management, and collaboration with OT/IT, manufacturing engineers, and IA teams to ensure defense-in-depth. Role includes conducting site surveys, risk assessments, and working with DoD/DoW assessments and vendor relationships to maintain secure industrial production environments. Skills emphasized include routing/switching/network design, zero trust for OT, OT/ICS security architecture, threat modeling (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK for ICS), defensive controls in manufacturing networks, and experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Must be able to work autonomously and participate in incident response, with eligibility to obtain/maintain US SECRET or TS clearance.
