Job Summary
Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst responsible for evaluating, designing, and advising on OT cybersecurity controls, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation across BW equipment-producing units. Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, incident response strategy, and development of policies, standards, and training materials. Collaborate with engineering teams and legal/compliance partners to ensure regulatory alignment (IEC-62443, NIST SP 800-82r3, NERC-CIP) and secure architectures. Drive documentation and compliance activities, lead cross-functional incident investigations, and manage risk assessments and project deliverables to ensure timely remediation and adherence to cybersecurity regulations across BW platforms and divisions. Strong emphasis on experience with Windows and Linux server environments, OT networks, ICS components, and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or OT security implementation roles or cybersecurity engineering
- Degree or certification in IT or OT cybersecurity
- System administration experience in an IT or OT environment with Windows and Linux servers
- Strong understanding of OT networks, ICS components, and associated security risks
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to independently analyze complex technical problems and propose actionable solutions
