Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator

Lead and manage staff training to contribute to professional development aligned with Airbus strategy and local STPS regulations. Maintain the safety culture in the Training area, follow up on KPIs to improve training quality, and keep the staff certification process updated. Control and improve Training Rooms, manage material inventories and training tools, and evaluate internal and external programs. Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with Airbus codes of conduct. This role supports Airbus Helicopters Mexico's commitment to sustainable aerospace and diverse workforce inclusion in Querétaro.
