Operational Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end reliability of the ordering platform by deploying functional updates, securing data integrity, and executing rapid troubleshooting for system outages. Monitor and resolve SAP IDoc transmission errors and RFC batch job failures to ensure complete, end-to-end operational data alignment between peripheral platforms and the core enterprise system. Audit daily transaction records, reconcile physical warehouse stock with SAP inventory ledgers, and standardize master data to eliminate channel and financial discrepancies. Provide immediate technical support for shop-floor application failures and minimize system-induced downtime while maintaining strict production data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/assembly operations system and applications
- Demonstrated experience showing very high level of understanding of SAP and other relevant systems/applications
- Experience developing and implementing work flows that integrate and maximize utilization with ERP programs and processes that produce relevant information for decision makers
- Strong analytical and computer systems and applications ability
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- High level of proficiency with manufacturing/assembly operating systems and applications
- Must be innovative and performance and quality driven
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant software packages
- Expert knowledge of SAP applications used by LSTA
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Must be able to collaborate across the organization and build strong partnerships with all stakeholders in the organization
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Korean to effectively coordinate system issues and collaborate with the Korea-based headquarters or system development partners
Desired Qualifications
- Korean language proficiency is preferred but not required
