Operational Support Technician

Manage Helpdesk incidents for the Altair pension administration system, ensuring resolution within SLAs while investigating root causes and liaising with the Heywood provider. Own Altair change requests from testing through implementation, coordinate quarterly system releases, and execute monthly housekeeping routines. Maintain documentation, workflow processes, and task structures while supporting project rollouts and new software enhancements. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to colleagues, implement process improvements, and drive the adoption of new system functionality across all eight Altair services.
