Operational Support Lead Administrator provides primary support to the Branch Director and Talent Solutions professionals, handling onboarding, documentation for pre-placement and onboarding, invoicing and payroll/billing adjustments, candidate data entry and time-sheet tracking, vendor and facility coordination, and cross-department reporting. The role includes assisting with lead generation, job postings, resume review, and marketing efforts, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines throughout the hiring process. The position emphasizes collaboration, adaptability to hybrid/in-office work, and a focus on enabling recruiters to connect candidates with client opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years college preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience working in an administrative position with heavy customer contact
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of database entry and reporting
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel/Word/One Note required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
