Job Summary
Serve as primary point of contact for third-party yard resources to ensure timely order releases and maintain customer OTD. Expedite pipe tally sheets and ship support materials within 24 hours of receiving tallies while performing inventory reconciliations for yard materials. Assist with branch and corporate continuous improvement projects, maintain system work instructions, and support user testing of IT enhancements. Maintain confidential operational and contract information, establish rapport with yard personnel and management, and report workplace hazards immediately. Requires a valid driver's license, current legal work status, and ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Current, valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Computer Skills to include MS Office
- Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently
- Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines
- Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
- Ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status
