Job Summary
Operational Support Analyst responsible for providing technical, product and service support for BOXI, Hyperion and Power BI services. Supports the Business Intelligence landscape to translate large data sets into actionable information for Keep London Moving. Key accountabilities include executing fault-resolution activities within SLAs, monitoring services, preparing incident metrics, analysing problems and trends for service improvements, recommending process improvements, escalating incidents to maintain service delivery, and collaborating with resolution groups. The role requires a degree in technology or computer science (or equivalent), ITIL V3 certification, knowledge of enterprise IT services and related legislation, and strong communication skills. Hybrid working arrangement with a London office base.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Technology or Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification, and/or substantial industry experience
- ITIL V3 Service Management qualification and knowledge
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, Asset Management, Revenue Collection, Document Management and integration technologies/systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at a technical level
- Experience in complex multi-site environments and incident management within SLAs
