Job Summary
On-site Operational Specialist at BAS World in the Madrid region. You will manage the intake, processing, and administrative handling of vehicles; coordinate depot logistics such as vehicle shunting; prepare deliveries and ensure vehicles are ready for customers; maintain communication with customers, transport companies, and internal teams; and oversee end-to-end operations to drive smooth, efficient processes and a professional customer experience on site. The role requires initiative, ability to switch between tasks, and a good command of Spanish and English in an international working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to coordinate logistics and communicate with stakeholders clearly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, on-site depot environment
