Job Summary
Operational Risk Reporting Analyst to support the Risk Reporting team in an 8-month fixed-term contract based in London. Responsibilities include contributing to consolidated risk event reporting, maintaining the monthly Risk Reporting KRI dashboard, investigating exceptions or material fluctuations, producing high-quality incident reporting and analysis, and supporting second-line reviews. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, assist in maintaining the Risk Events, Errors and Breaches Policy/database, and monitor the effectiveness of incident management practices within the asset management and financial services context. A degree and relevant professional qualification are preferred, with knowledge of FCA/regulator concerns and risk identification, measurement, and reporting practices, to help safeguard client assets and ensure governance and regulatory alignment. The role emphasizes collaboration within the Risk & Compliance function and offers a hybrid working approach with London offices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree educated with relevant professional qualification
- Some knowledge of risk identification, measurement, management, monitoring and reporting practices across the asset management and other financial services sectors
- Some knowledge of the workings of the FCA and other global regulators, in particular an understanding of their key concerns and how this translates into their objectives in overseeing operational risk management
