Operational Risk Manager (Reporting and Data Intelligence)

Lead governance and reporting for Global Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight (ORRO), including data validation and ensuring data integrity for ORRO reporting. Perform data and trend analysis on risks, controls, issues data, KPIs, and other metrics, leveraging AI or analytical tools to identify themes and actions. Socialize commentaries with stakeholders across segments and formulate executive-level summaries for final reporting. Engage in training activities to support first- and second-line adoption of the methodology and program, and collaborate with key partners to strengthen risk posture across multiple segments, functions, and geographies.
