Job Summary
Shape strategy, operating models, and governance for the new Operational Resiliency function by translating complex priorities into delivery plans and executive reporting. Lead financial and resource management, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount governance, and investment planning. Drive execution discipline across priority initiatives, establish operating cadences for leadership meetings and quarterly planning, and provide transparency on delivery health and financial performance. Develop executive-ready communications, track performance measures, and lead strategic analyses for senior management, regulatory, and audit forums. Represent the function in senior forums to ensure clear messaging and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences and drive decision making
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience tracking performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- High proficiency in developing executive materials, reporting, and data-driven insights
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in financial services, strategy consulting, or technology — ideally in strategy, transformation, business management, chief operating office, or chief of staff roles
- Knowledge of markets, payments, banking, operations, technology, or business management environments
