Job Summary
Operational Resilience Analyst role focused on owning the CAPA lifecycle, coordinating BIAs and DR runbooks, and administering resilience tools (e.g., Riskonnect). You’ll organize tabletop exercises, track KPIs for finding closures and documentation accuracy, and report progress. The position emphasizes managing remediation, facilitating cross-team data collection, and maintaining a current, auditable resilience program. We seek someone with a growth mindset, process-oriented and collaborative, comfortable handling large data sets, and able to apply ISO/NIST frameworks to help Pure Storage maintain its operational edge. The role is primarily in-office at the Prague office, with eligibility to work in compliance with company policies while on PTO or travel.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational GRC experience in GRC, IT Audit, Business Continuity, or Security Operations with experience managing task tracking, issue remediation, or control follow-ups
- Proficiency with GRC tools or advanced spreadsheets for large data sets
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with technical owners and document complex processes in an auditable format
- Active interest in and ability to apply global frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST); BCDR is a nice-to-have
