Job Summary
Operational Readiness Scheduler responsible for coordinating startup activities of GMP manufacturing operations. This role facilitates cross-functional workshops to define Readiness activities for new manufacturing operations, coordinates Process Validation and Cleaning Validation readiness, supports systems such as Tank Farm, Utilities, and Automated Warehouse, and tracks SOPs, training, recruitment readiness, C&Q support, Automation/IT readiness, QCL readiness, materials readiness, and EHS requirements. Will develop area-specific Operational Readiness schedules, integrate them into the master schedule, and act as liaison between Site Operations, Operational Readiness teams, and Project teams to ensure alignment of priorities, milestones, and execution activities. Responsible for schedule metrics, dashboards, progress updates, identifying risks, and providing post-C&Q startup readiness activity support. Requires seven-plus years in project scheduling/controls within regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/medical devices) environments and advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. The role emphasizes startup execution, GMP documentation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
