Operational Readiness and Assurance Specialist

Operational Readiness and Assurance Specialist to drive readiness planning across project milestones, bridging delivery with operations, coordinating systems integration, documentation, training, and readiness reporting to ensure a seamless transition from construction to business as usual. Works across multiple sites, spotting risks early, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Nice-to-have familiarity with EPC/design-build environments and asset management practices; knowledge of NZ Electricity Market and Energy Safety Rules is a plus. Based at a BESS site (Glenbrook) with flexible working arrangements and a focus on delivering operational performance from day one; proactive, organized, and collaborative with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
