Job Summary
Lead Quality Assurance activities across manufacturing, packaging, testing, and warehousing to ensure products meet Haleon Quality System, cGMP, and regulatory requirements. Review and approve GMP and regulatory documentation, then lead investigations into deviations, OOS, and complaints to drive root cause analysis and CAPA. Partner with the Head of Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager to manage internal and external audits, while ensuring suppliers and materials meet Haleon standards through qualification and ongoing control. Establish monitoring systems for consistent halal production from raw material receipt to final release, and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and track Quality KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist qualification with active STRA
- At least 5 years of management leadership experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical industry
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, EHS, BPOM and international standards such as FDA, WHO, MHRA or EMA
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for tactical and strategic decision-making
- Excellent project management capability, with the confidence to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives independently
- A collaborative working style, strong technical writing and excellent communication skills in English
- High integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in everything you do
- Strong direct people leadership experience
