Job Summary
Provide consultation to Wing and Group leadership on psychological resilience, cognitive performance, and leadership. Design and execute personnel assessment and selection programs while delivering training to enhance organizational effectiveness and team performance. Conduct executive coaching and support critical incident response and post-mission activities, with limited clinical intervention as required. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization Program, focusing on optimizing human performance for the U.S. Air Force.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited institution
- APA-accredited internship or residency
- Active, unrestricted psychology license
- Minimum four years of DoD or Federal behavioral health experience
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and credentialing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
