Job Summary
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all non-acute properties within Parkview Health System and supervise the daily activities of Operational Properties Analysts. Provide oversight for existing real estate purchased services, including maintenance, repairs, and other support services, while coordinating these activities via Supply Chain. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance, a valid Indiana driver's license, and 3-5 years of related experience with proficiency in financial software applications.
