Job Summary
As a Senior Operational Process Analyst at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will leverage advanced problem-solving skills to support research design and assignments within change or configuration management processes. Responsibilities include driving adherence to global processes, leading process improvement initiatives, conducting testing of service management tools, and reviewing production changes for compliance. You will also develop policy enhancements, provide training on change management, manage the Change Advisory Board, and identify tool improvements for process streamlining. Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge of batch processing and excellent communication skills.
