Job Summary
Operational Process Analyst responsible for coordinating with in-country Sales/Marketing/Category/Sales/Logistics on demo requirements; partner with Demo Coordinator on equipment requests and alignment; validate approvals for country demo budget; manage SAP orders through to warehouse delivery and loan management system; ensure turnaround times are met and KPI targets achieved; contact planners to resolve issues; tabulate monthly freight transaction volume and cost; drive continuous process refinement by applying knowledge of internal business processes and policies; requires strong communication in English, proficiency with Excel and SAP/ERP, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork and initiative.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree or equivalent experience
- Typically ~4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or Finance
