Job Summary
Operational Onboarding Manager responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding for Alan's largest clients in France. Lead onboarding workshops, provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll administrators on Alan's dashboard, and manage payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, Engineering) to implement process improvements and address issues proactively. Strong emphasis on customer-facing duties, training delivery, and change management; fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills; ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced healthcare-technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master French and English at professional working proficiency
- Excellent French writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Structured written and oral communication in French and English
- Experience in BtoB customer-facing roles
- Autonomous, proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments
