Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily dealership operations to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable business performance across Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Customer Service. Monitor operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing strategies to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Coach, develop, and lead operational teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and principal requirements across all activities. Collaborate with Branch Managers, General Managers, and department heads to optimize processes and achieve business targets. This role supports strategic objectives within a highly motivated, high-performing automotive dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive operations, dealership management, or business operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Customer Service, operational planning, and performance management
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving operational improvements, and achieving business targets
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities
