Job Summary
Monitor, apply, and maintain global security policies for vessels, depots, terminals, and seafarms while acting as the first point of contact for security incidents and tickets. Own third-party risk management by assessing cybersecurity risks for external vendors and managing assigned security incidents and problem tickets. Detect, investigate, and resolve security incidents within SLAs by analyzing alerts, correlating data, and determining root causes. Respond to user inquiries on suspicious emails, identify phishing threats, and assist in containing personal data breaches. Review firewall policies, update security guidelines, maintain SOC documentation, and provide regular security reporting to strengthen the organization's security posture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an international environment and IT Security Operations
- Strong understanding of security threats, risks, networking, TCP/IP, security incident response, and security technologies such as access control, encryption, and multi-factor authentication
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Security Suite, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Vulnerability Management, network and security monitoring tools, and preferably firewall and router administration
- Ability to analyze security reports, recommend appropriate security controls and mitigations, and effectively investigate and respond to security incidents
