Job Summary
Lead the Operational Improvement & Capability efforts by driving continuous improvement across Delivery Partners through data-led insights, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. Analyze performance trends, identify systemic issues, and translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance field execution and product delivery capability with Delivery Partners, ensuring Delivery Partners meet field capability, quality, and customer experience expectations. Design, prioritise, and execute targeted programs, track progress against action plans, and ensure visibility of outcomes. Embed best-practice ways of working, uplift reporting/analytics capability, and support adoption of new tools and technologies. Represent the voice of the field across cross-functional forums to reflect operational realities in strategic decisions, contributing to a more connected, responsive, and high-performing delivery environment for nbn’s Field Partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- experience in telecommunications, operations, or delivery partner environments
- experience with data analysis and turning insights into actionable improvements
- ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups
- experience embedding best practices and improving reporting/analytics
